A podcast is a web feed of audio files placed on the internet for anyone to download or subscribe.
Like most podcasts, you can listen to each 'episode' by clicking individual links on our site. Or alternatively you can use specific podcasting software to make the process a little more automated, and keep up with latest episodes. Apple's iTunes has built-in support for podcasting.
