We want to prepare people to impact their world by connecting with people; effecting people and by seeing people grow. To make this vision easy to remember we have distilled the it down to three words –
Connect, Effect, Grow.
These words can be applied to us as individuals; our relationship with Jesus; one another or the ways we aim to reach the world with Jesus’ message.
- Connect
The first priority of our lives is to connect with Jesus. This shapes everything else we do. We can only love those around us with the love we have already received from Jesus. It is our vision that in every area of Living Waters we connect with Jesus and this empowers us to connect with those around us. - Effect
As we connect with Jesus we want that to have an effect on our own lives. As a follower of Jesus all we do is for him and we want it to be as effective as possible. By being more efficient we achieve our goal with less effort and therefore are able to achieve much more. It is our vision that in every area of Living Waters we see the life transforming effect of knowing Jesus. - Grow
Growth is the result of connecting with Jesus and letting him affect our lives. Growth leads to maturity. Growth is also a sign of life and it is our vision that in every area of Living Waters we see growth.
