This month we focus on the work of Good News Crusade
Don Double is the founder and Director of Good News Crusade, one of the UK's leading evangelistic teams. Involved in a wide range of activities, Don's ministry has taken him around the globe. He has a special emphasis on going to the small towns and villages of the world; in recent years that has also meant travelling to many island communities. Don regularly holds missions in places where there has been no public Christian activity in living memory.
In addition to a busy schedule of missions and crusades, Don also hosts camps, conferences and other events designed to encourage Christians to become active in their faith.
Don writes,
"As an evangelist my heart's desire is to see the Body of Christ doing the job Jesus gave us to do. He told us that the harvest was ready and that we were to pray that the Lord of the harvest would send workers out into the harvest fields.
Wherever I go around the world I find people ready to hear the Good News, but I am saddened that so few people are telling them about Jesus. Often, I meet people who are surprised by how good the Good News is! I am determined to do my part in telling those who don't know and if I can, I will help you do yours.
Join in the greatest, most worthwhile task in the world, winning people into the Kingdom of God and establishing them in it."
