Living Waters has meetings, plans and objectives. This helps us achieve our goal.
The senior leader and elders meet regularly to pray and discuss strategic issues. This informs their quarterly meeting with the trustees.
At each quarterly elders and trustees meeting strategic and operational decisions are made. These decisions are passed onto the management team who meet one month later.
The management team is made up of three elders, three trustees and the three area team leaders. They formulate a plan to manage on a day to day basis what has been agreed.
The area team leaders will inspire their team leaders to achieve the objectives on the plan and in turn the team leaders inspire their team to produce top quality work.
All this requires training, time and commitment.
