Child Protection Statement
At Living Waters Church we recognise the responsibility of each individual to prevent the physical, sexual and emotional abuse, or neglect of children and young people. We also recognise the responsibility that we have as a church to act if abuse comes to light; and to protect children and young people from the possibility of suffering abuse within the church or in the course of its activities. For this reason we follow a comprehensive child protection policy, which is based on guidance from the CCPAS (Churches Child Protection Advisory Service) and is reviewed annually. All our youth and children’s workers are CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked regularly.
