HOPE IN THE SQUARE 2008
The people of Clevedon could not believe the transformation that had happened in Queens Square!
Prayer points, Craft displays, Face Painting, YMCA and Fair Trade stalls as well as a bouncy castle!
The sun came out and soon it was clear that this HOPE08 event really hit the spot! The people of Clevedon turned out and had a great deal of fun.
Our special thank goes to Kris (see picture) who is a member of the Clevedon Baptist Church and worked tirelessly both on the day and months in advance to co-ordinate and bring the whole day together.
Obviously thanks also go to all the Churches Together In Clevedon and the members of Living Waters who were doing there bit.
Earlier in the morning 35 young people picked up litter to show the love of God through actions as well as in words!
A real success!
